SOS International LLC Senior Program Manager in Charlottesville, Virginia

*This position is contingent upon award of contract*

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) to serve as the Government’s trusted advisor to provide Project Management / overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract in Charlottesville. Virginia.

Essential Job Duties

  • Supervise Fifty-five (55) personnel.

  • Provide monthly contractual reports to the government and interact with government personnel.

  • Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.

  • Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.

  • Coordinate resolutions to production-related problems.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active in Scope TS/SCI clearance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree is desirable, in a technical or analytical field.

  • Minimum 14 years of experience managing Project and Contract Operations relevant to analysis contracts with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • PMP or equivalent certification is required.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Knowledgeable of Intelligence production, analysis and all associated enabling tasks.
