Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator

Job Description

Reads blueprints and instructions to fabricate parts per specifications. Sets up CNC per work instructions. Utilizes manual and automated equipment to safely manufacture parts. Plans the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job. Monitors machine to adjust the feed, maintain quality, and identify issues. Measures and checks parts for quality and correctness. Selects appropriate machines (e.g., Router table or CNC), positions, and loads material for the job. Cleans and maintains equipment and work area. Ensures fabrications are completed in the safest, most efficient method. Reviews samples, drawings, and instructions to understand specifications of output. Communicates any issues to the supervisor. Maintains and counts inventory. Performs other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
