We are looking for a talented Product Engineer to contribute to the development develop of new products through various stages of their development life cycle. This Product Engineer III will be an experienced professional with the ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. To be successful as a Product Engineer III you should be a self-motivated individual who needs little day-to-day direction after alignment of expectations and responsibilities, works effectively within a team, and have expertise around associated business processes and product development workflows. Responsibilities: Manage cross-functional Engineering teams to bring distinct, specific system or sub-system integration level projects to completion on time, within budget and performing to expectation. Collaborate with team members to ensure product requirements are established and aligned with company needs and expectation to meet system level performance targets Work with product teammates to establish project schedules that support overall new product program deliverables, from planning, concept, and design through tool build, test, ship, and support Contributes to the development of work breakdown structure for Engineering tasks; uses information to drive design priority needs Escalate risks (to schedule, performance, cost) and help needed to upper management. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field and 5+ years of professional Engineering experience or a master's degree with 4+ years of professional Engineering experience. Preferred Qualifications: Specific experience with semiconductor equipment or similar fully automated capital equipment. Experience with gas-cluster ion beam and / or ion implantation technology, single-wafer dry wafer particle removal and / or chemical wafer cleaning is a plus including. Experience in the application of lean principles and formal problem-solving techniques Proficiency in project planning software. Experience with Monday.com is a plus Certified Project Management Professional is a plus Ability to occasionally travel (10-15%), including potential for international travel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and management skills. Proven record of formal problem-solving skills. Strong analytical thinker. Physical Requirements: Job duties are performed in an office setting or in a clean room environment. May require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Occasional travel to TEL factory, training facilities and customer locations may be required.
