POSITION: Special Education Teacher (2 positions at various levels)

LOCATION: Chateaugay Central School

DESCRIPTION: Develop student abilities to perform at maximum level of independence in community setting. Be involved in the development and implementation of individual education plans for students in the program. Provide a structured and secure classroom environment for the students. Record and report student progress

QUALIFICATIONS: NYS Certification in Special Education Knowledge of NYS Learning and NYSAA Knowledge of Curriculum and effective instructional strategies Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the team

STARTING DATE: September 3, 2024

SALARY: $53,032 (2024-25 Base Salary) - Consideration for additional salary may be granted based upon education and experience
