Ball-Chatham is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our existing Titan Talent as the
Head Track Coach at Glenwood Middle School!
Pay is based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics).

Certified staff employed by BCSD receive the District-paid TRS benefit in addition to the Base Salary.
WHAT DO HEAD COACHES DO?
Oversee all aspects of the swimming program
Oversee the assistant coaches and relevant staff of the program
Prepare students mentally and physically for interscholastic competition
Accurately evaluate student-athletes' skills and abilities
Prepare daily practice schedules

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Broad knowledge base and understanding of the sport
CPR Certification required prior to start of season
Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check
