The Process Improvement Leader will play a pivotal role in driving technology enablement across the organization, ensuring the successful execution of our ongoing business transformation. This individual will work cross-functionally with business partners to shape and implement projects that align with the company's strategic and operational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CIO and functional leaders to develop a technology-enabled process roadmap that supports improving company performance objectives. Ensure organizational alignment and the successful delivery of key process improvement initiatives by driving technology solutions, implementation and optimization that will transform business processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal business leaders to understand operational and technical requirements and translate needs into innovation opportunities. Promote solutions-driven collaboration and facilitate an understanding of technology's role in enabling success. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and overall performance.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of project portfolios, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Assist in developing meaningful KPI's. Ensure effective decision-making regarding trade-offs, scope changes, and resourcing.
  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing Process Improvement/PMO team with the technical skills and shared vision required to drive technology transformation. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, collaboration, and growth.
  • Standards Development: Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent project execution and delivery across the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies and methodologies that enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent with 10-15 years relevant experience, including 5+ years managerial/leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex project portfolios in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated understanding of telecommunications products, Business and Operational Support Systems, field operations, and network design and construction.
  • Leadership experience including recruiting, motivating, objective-setting and performance management.
  • Experience negotiating vendor agreements to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to learn, retain and synthesize information quickly with a strong analytical mindset for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Project Management and GIS tools, with the ability to analyze data and create clear, impactful communications.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $89,528 - $135,571
