Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

The primary role of a Data Entry Specialist/ Account Manager customer service is to serve as the first point of contact for customers via email and to ensure seamless coordination with internal departments. This position is crucial in providing exceptional service and follow-up to all accounts, distributors, and suppliers.

Hard Skills

  • Experience in coordinating with shipping departments or logistics

  • Strong data entry skills

  • Customer Service or Account Management

  • Accounts Receivable experience (excluding collections)

  • SAP system knowledge (preferred)

  • Aerospace industry experience (preferred)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Chatsworth, California.
