Job Description

An employer is looking for a Project Specialist to join a large Utility company in the Southern California area. This is a remote contract position that will require working PST hours. You will be helping with a handful of different projects, one large one being the Environmental, Safety, Compliance Plan. Assist with Records Retention -review of disposal logs (manager signatures, cost centers) and follow ups if needed.

Maximo/Cognos responsibilities

• Assist with Follow up and data mining in Maximo for data requests

• Pull reports for data review

• Upload Forms

   Send errors out to Tech Specs

   Prepare forms for upload

• Add in missing data points (PM Class, asset type, etc).

• Follow up work orders within Transmission/Storage

• Add activities to job plans and follow up work orders.

• Compare Maximo activities with MyTime entries.

• Help create Maximo job aids

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data/project role working within Maximo software

• Able to assist with follow up and data mining in Maximo for data requests

• Experience working within energy (Preferably Oil and Gas)

• Bachelor's Degree null
