Our client, a leader in the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Technician - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Technician - 3rd Shift

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Pay Range: 21.30

What's the Job?

• Continuously monitor process parameters required to produce the highest quality parts with the least amount of scrap.

• Maintain and interpret Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and DartNet process controls for injection molding and vacuum forming processes.

• Troubleshoot issues related to slush, FIP, assembly, or injection molding processes and associated equipment.

• Document and communicate problem-solving results and deviations from established methods with team members.

• Manage process controls for injection molding using DartNet system tools.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience completing mold changes.

• 1-3 years of experience as a plastic process technician.

• 3-5 years of experience within the automotive industry.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to customer sites as needed.

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Must have resume
