Our client, a leader in the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Technician - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Process Technician - 3rd Shift
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Pay Range: 21.30
What's the Job?
Continuously monitor process parameters required to produce the highest quality parts with the least amount of scrap.
Maintain and interpret Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and DartNet process controls for injection molding and vacuum forming processes.
Troubleshoot issues related to slush, FIP, assembly, or injection molding processes and associated equipment.
Document and communicate problem-solving results and deviations from established methods with team members.
Manage process controls for injection molding using DartNet system tools.
What's Needed?
3-5 years of experience completing mold changes.
1-3 years of experience as a plastic process technician.
3-5 years of experience within the automotive industry.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to customer sites as needed.
High School diploma or GED required.
Must have resume
