Sodexo is seeking an experienced Starbucks Retail Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Starbucks location within Erlanger Baroness Hospital , conveniently located just east of downtown Chattanooga, TN. This role is essential to delivering exceptional customer service, driving retail sales, and managing a dedicated team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail excellence, and the flexibility to work varied shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Starbucks store, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.

• Lead initiatives to increase retail sales and enhance customer relationships.

• Oversee ordering, inventory, and product management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.

• Train, coach, and supervise a team of up to 17 employees to support their growth and maintain high performance.

• Ensure adherence to all Starbucks and Sodexo standards, policies, and procedures.

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume, customer-focused setting.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a team.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and occasional weekends.
