• Project Leadership: Lead federally funded transportation projects from conception to completion, including preparing detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• External Relationships: Collaborate effectively with TDOT, municipalities, regulatory agencies and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project solutions.
• Team Leadership: Serve as the Discipline Lead for Tennessee, cultivating a high-performing team of transportation engineers and technical staff.
• Collaboration Across Firm Locations: Work closely with the established transportation groups at all TWM locations, fostering collaboration, allocating staff, sharing best practices, and contributing to the collective knowledge base of the firm.
• Strategic Direction: Define and execute strategies for team growth and project excellence, aligning with company objectives and client needs. Establish and cultivate relationships to position TWM as a leader in the transportation sector.
• Innovation and Optimization: Drive innovation in transportation engineering practices to optimize project outcomes and deliver sustainable solutions.
