Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee weekend nursing operations to ensure quality resident care.

  • Supervise and mentor weekend staff, promoting teamwork and excellence.

  • Administer medications, monitor residents, and provide treatments as prescribed.

  • Assist in developing and implementing care plans.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

  • Serve as a key contact for residents, families, and staff during weekend shifts.

Schedule:

  • 12-Hour Shifts: Saturday & Sunday.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in New York State.

  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
