How you will make an impact:

In this role you will be a key member of the US Finance team. The position reports to the Sr Finance Manager. You'll use your outstanding analysis and interpersonal skills to provide important reports, forecasts, and analysis to support and build the business.

What you will do:

  • Partner with management teams and finance team on ad hoc requests and projects.

  • Orchestrate month end closing process, monitor unusual entries in Divisional P&L and investigate root cause

  • Own OpEx and Headcount forecasting process (including accruals),

  • Support CapEx approval process

  • Produce monthly and weekly reports, which include key performance indicators, financial results, and variance reporting.

  • Deliver price realization analysis

  • Assist in Monthly Financial Package preparation as a consolidation lead

  • Develop models that help with decision-making

How you will get here:

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related subject area.

Experience : 5+ years of experience in Finance related field.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Pro MS Excel Skills, and proficiency with high volume data reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI and Hyperion

  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and presentation skills.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • High learning agility and desire for continuous learning.
