SUMMARY: We are recruiting for a Project Manager (PM) within Qorvos High Performance Solutions business unit to be accountable for successful execution of product development of RF Semiconductors and RF Modules for both Defense and Aerospace products. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Manager (PM) will drive the execution of programs and work directly with the Product Line Managers to meet schedules and remain under budget while exceeding customer expectations Experience successfully communicating internal assessment of program proposals to customer-facing Account Managers and key functional team managers/directors Responsible for ensuring close interaction and coordination between the programs and manufacturing operations, including Design, Assembly, Test, Quality, and Logistics functions; functions are often not co-located, so successful management of remote teams (including international teams) and effective meeting management are critical to success QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent experience in semiconductor with knowledge of wafer fab, assembly, and test Excellent communication and written skills Excellent interpersonal skills to work with both Operations and Business Units Proficient in SAP, Excel, and BI tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Strong problem solving, organizational, and decision making skills Independent team player and isable to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment Ability to coordinate discussions and action plans with internal engineering, operations, and business unit teams 5 years of experience in the defense, semiconductor, or communications industry preferred 3 years of experience with RF semiconductors or microwave modules preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP systems Proven ability to influence and drive internal suppliers and customers and cross-functional teams without formal authority Qorvo will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorizations for this position.
