Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in bringing new students into our swim school. Your responsibilities will include engaging with the community, distributing flyers, and collaborating with local schools and daycare facilities to drive enrollments. Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement:Actively engage with the local community to promote British Swim School's programs and services.

• Flyer Distribution:Distribute flyers and promotional materials at strategic locations, including community centers, parks, and events, to raise awareness and attract new students.

• Collaboration with Schools and Daycare Facilities:Establish and maintain relationships with local schools and daycare facilities to identify potential students and drive enrollments.

• Enrollment Management:Assist prospective students and their families with the enrollment process, providing information about class schedules, fees, and program details.

• Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for students and their families.

• Data Tracking:Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities, enrollments, and other relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts.

• Team Collaboration:Work closely with the British Swim School team to align outreach efforts with overall business goals and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Water Safety:A genuine interest in water safety and a commitment to promoting the mission of British Swim School.

• Excellent Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with the community and potential students.

• Outgoing Personality:A friendly and approachable demeanor to build rapport with parents, students, and community partners.

• Self-Motivated:Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve enrollment targets.

• Customer Service Experience:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

• Transportation:Reliable transportation to travel to various locations for community engagement activities.

• Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate community events and promotional activities.

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool.
