Job Summary: This recruitment will be used to fill future vacancies in the Athletic Department at Eastern Washington University. Eastern Washington University is currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for the following position: Assistant OR Associate Athletic Trainer. This position is housed in the Athletics department and will report to the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine. The Assistant OR Associate Athletic Trainer supervises the care of student athletes competing in the University's Athletic programs, working primarily with assigned sports, while working with additional programs at the discretion of their supervisor. The Assistant OR Associate Athletic Trainer is responsible for the prevention, evaluation, management and rehabilitation of injuries within the University's comprehensive sports medicine program. The salary for this position is $40,000 (minimum) up to $55,000. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills.
