Open Systems Healthcare Account Executive in Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Position Overview: To develop sales leads by identifying and pursuing consumers that may benefit from Open Systems Healthcare’s mission statement. To focus on attracting private pay participants, oversee the branch office sales and billing in addition to, but not limited to supervision of sales staff and relationship management.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for Performance Management of Sales and Clinical staff (establishing, mastering, counseling, and correcting) to develop and control sales and service.

  • Attract and retain private pay participants that meet OSH's healthcare mission statement and are looking to recieve personal care in their home.

  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager in the selection of internal staff to fit office staffing needs.

  • Direct and coordinate sales activities for the branch office to meet goals.

  • Oversee branch office business development, including identifying and pursuing growth opportunities to work towards goals.

  • Produce and participate in marketing initiatives to spread awareness about OSH and its services.

  • Acquire and retain key accounts, including but not limited to cooperation with insurance companies and managed care organizations to develop provider contracts.

  • Oversee branch billing including linked activities such as claims management and fiscal reconciliation in compliance with regulation and company standards (ex: including but not limited to managing eligibility issues, and resolving over authorization issues)

  • QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) management-implementation and oversight, participate as active peer review committee member (if applicable)

  • Supervise fiscal management, billing, and reconciliation of the branch office.

  • Oversee determination and management of direct care staff wages.

  • Establish and maintain effective channels of communication within the organization and externally.

  • Represent OSH appropriately in the community.

  • Supervise and assure office compliance with Federal, State, Local laws and provider qualifications and State requirements and regulations.

  • Enforce and comply with all OSH policy and procedure requirements.

  • Follows Open Systems Healthcare’s Policies and Procedures.

  • Other job functions determined to be relevant to the position by OSH.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.

  • Must have a reliable form of transportation.

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, case management, home care and healthcare.

  • 1-3 years of experience with Business Development.
