Thomas Jefferson University Administrative Fellow - East Region (New Jersey) in Cherry Hill, New Jersey
Position Duration: July 2025-June 2026
Job Summary:
The Administrative Fellow will be part of a 12-month rotational program that has a focus on project-based work spanning across a variety of administrative and clinical areas including operations, finance, strategy, growth and innovation. This program will allow the Administrative Fellow to gain high-level leadership exposure while alongside hospital executives, building an extensive project portfolio and professional network. The Administrative Fellowship program educates, trains, and prepares future healthcare management executives by providing hands-on experience in healthcare administration in a large, urban-based academic medical setting. The Administrative Fellow collaborates with senior level administrators in identifying, planning and implementing process improvements relating to the care of patients. The Administrative Fellow has ability to contribute to Jeffersonrsquo;s operational and strategic priorities on a hospital, divisional, and enterprise level.

Education:
Enrolled in or recently completed a Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Masters in Public Health (MPH), or a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Program.
Experience:
Previous exposure to a healthcare setting: hospital, physician practice, payor, ambulatory care setting, etc.
