We are looking for someone that will support our mission to consistently deliver creative, high-quality, technology-based services to our customers on time and within budget.This position is for an acquisition/management professional that will support a naval aviation program in Lakehurst, NJ. Position involves working on-site, directly with technical program office, managing acquisition and life-cycle logistics of assigned projects. What will you be doing?This position will be a key member of the Navy team. Duties include:•Assist with the preparation of formal and mid-year briefs, issues sheets and submittals used to successfully obtain funding for major acquisition projects.•Development and maintenance of acquisition strategies, statements of work (SOW), integrated master schedules, contract data requirement lists (CDRL), and acquisition logistics support plans. •Provide support for N43/N98 briefs and data collection for upcoming fiscal years.•Assisting with budget preparation/justification, research, presentations, data calls, and meeting coordination. •Plan, arrange, and/or attend technical meetings including video teleconferences, onsite and offsite meetings, and conferences. •Produce agendas, minutes, presentations, and other materials; and handle audiovisual equipment arrangements, accommodations, and participant briefings. •Assist with managing project finances and contract deliverables.•Assist with material purchases and tracking deliveries.•Other duties as assigned.What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?This position will require the following skillsets and experience: •Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of experience •High competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.•Must be proficient in writing, presenting, and communicating.•Must be highly detail oriented, organized, and work well in team environment.•Must be able to multitask efficiently and handle fast paced environment.•Must be open to travelling 3 to 4 times a year.•Must be US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.UTRS is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
