Now Hiring: Forklift Operator

Job Description

Family run company looking for a long term, reliable employee. Operate forklifts to transport bricks and other materials within the facility. Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate and safe handling of materials. Stack and organize bricks in designated areas. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with inventory management and cycle counts. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Learn the products over time. Engage with customers. Handle brick, stone, mortar, sand, bolts, nails, and other items. Operate the forklift slowly and steadily to avoid breaking bricks. This person will work 40%-50% on the forklift and other time will be spent in the yard doing other duties as assigned
