Canon USA & Affiliates Sales Escalation Coordinator in Chesapeake, Virginia

About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated individual with strong problem-solving and customer service skills to join our Sales Support team. The Sales Escalation Coordinator is the go-to person for resolving complex sales-related issues and collaborates closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate timely and effective resolution of complex sales inquiries and customer issues.

  • Provide process assistance and escalation support to the sales team members.

  • Document interactions, inquiries, comments, and actions taken to ensure a clear and comprehensive record for future reference and seamless support.

  • Ensure sales team adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and sales team training needs.

  • Generate comprehensive sales reports per management requests.

  • Perform administrative support functions as required by Sales, Program Management, Sales Accounting, and Fraud Review.

  • Research and validate customer orders prior to releasing for fulfillment.

  • Work closely with the Sales Supervisors and Program Manager to identify and promote sales opportunities.

  • Embrace continuous learning, expand your technical expertise, and deepen your understanding of Canon products and services.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a customer service role

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to conduct thorough research and develop effective solutions

  • Possess exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Maintain a punctual, reliable, and consistent attendance record
