Job Title: Skilled Laborer (Patcher)

Job Description

• Join our team as a Skilled Laborer (Patcher) where you will be tasked with various responsibilities by the Front Line Supervisor to aid in the production of precast concrete products.

• Your duties will include smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete as well as making repairs to finished concrete products using a variety of hand and power tools.

• You will also be expected to perform strenuous manual labor, maintain a clean job site by picking up all tools and equipment, ensure the secureness of the job site daily, handle materials, and load and unload trucks.

• Additionally, you will be responsible for following proper safety and incident reporting procedures.

• This role operates in a production environment where there may be loud noise, equipment activity, and variable lighting.

• Conditions can be dirty and dusty at times. Work shifts are from 4am-3pm and 6am-4pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed.
