Crozer Keystone Health System CT Technologist (Per-Diem) in Chester, Pennsylvania
We are Crozer Keystone Health System, the largest employer in Delaware County, Pennsylvania and recently listed by U.S. World News and Today, as being one of the Top 100 Hospitals in the Region. Our Stroke Program was recently awarded with the Gold+ Award from the American Heart Association & the American Stroke Association for Stroke Goals. We are a 300 bed Level 2 Trauma Center servicing over Delaware County and the surrounding tristate region with 4 Hospitals, 2 Surgicenters, 2 Cancer Centers and 3 Outpatient Centers. We, also, provide Mental Health Services to our surrounding community. Our newly installed Siemens Definition 128 Edge is also equipped with a bariatric tabletop, allowing us to the be the only imaging center in the county that can provide CT imaging for patients up to 670lbs. We are looking for you to join our team of experienced CT Technologists at Crozer Chester Medical Center to provide services. We operate on a 24/7 schedule providing such services to our patients, who we care about. Do you have what it takes to join our team?
Do you:
Possess an ARRT Registry in Radiology?
Have Registry Eligibility for or are currently registered in Computed Tomography?
Possess BLS certification
Have the willingness to work in a high volume department?

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Performing CT procedures under the direction of the CT Section Chief within the guidelines that are outlined by the CT Protocol Committee
Performing venipuncture, as necessary
Administer Intravenous Contrast Material in accordance to departmental procedures
Perform Post process 3D imaging for Perfusion, Orthopedic or Vascular needs through the use of TeraRecon
Perform Post Processing of images for preparation of interpretation by the covering Radiologist through the use of MERGE PACS
Prepare contrast use under established policy guidelines with the use of the Bayer Medrad Stellant Injector System with Certegra ISI 900 scanner/injection synchronization
Communicate with the radiologist and/or ordering physician to ensure the proper study or modality is correct in correlation with the patient’s clinical symptoms
Requirements:
Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program
ARRT Registry in Radiologic Technology
ARRT Registry in CT a PLUS
Prior CT technology experience
Prior experience with Siemens Sensation or Definition CT scan products recommended but not required
IV Certification
Weekend rotation required
On Call coverage required
Holiday coverage required
