Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

  • Candidates will work in the Sub Assembly or general assembly area, adding brackets and using hand and power tools to add fasteners, clips, or other hardware onto the window units.

  • They may use caulking guns to fill spaces, paint the ends of materials, put netting/wrapping around the final units, and inspect throughout the process for any flaws in assembly or final manufacturing.

  • Each person will be responsible for meeting overall production goals and daily production goals for their respective departments and assembly line.

  • Candidates will be cross-trained in various areas and must be flexible to learning different parts of the process without complaint.
