BNP Paribas Financial Services LLC Vice President (Technical Business Analysis) in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania

Vice President (Technical Business Analysis) for BNP Paribas RCC Inc. in Chesterbrook, PA. Within the Securities Services group, responsible for business analysis of defects and enhancements, production support, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Securities processing platform. Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner. Perform level 1 support and analysis of reported issues. Evaluate alternative business solutions and workarounds to minimize the impacts. Perform UAT of fixes provided by the vendor for the production defects. Prepare test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases for UAT. Coordinate with the vendor for defect reproduction, diagnosis, and testing of resolution. Monitor generated logs, alerts, and flow dashboards.

 

 Requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Business Administration or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience as a Vice President (Technical Business Analysis) or related occupation providing technical business analysis for an international bank or international financial services organization or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Vice President (Technical Business Analysis) or related occupation providing technical business analysis for an international bank or international financial services organization, including at least . Specific skills/other requirements - Demonstrated Expertise (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Demonstrated expertise (DE) creating requirement documents, functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and SOPs; (DE) performing business analysis, production support, and UAT related to asset setup, corporate actions, tax, domestic and Global settlements, income or cash processing within a custody domain; (DE) leveraging SQL to fetch data from multiple tables with complex criteria; and (DE) working with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
