Job Description

Men's & Women's Assistant Diving Coach

Assist in the administration and coaching of a N.C.A.A. Division 1 Diving program as directed by the Head coach. Duties include, but are not limited to: practice and meet coaching, recruitment of prospective student athletes on and off campus, coordination of team travel, working with equipment room for specific apparel related to intercollegiate diving, and general administrative tasks such as expense reports. Must be committed to the academic and athletic development of all student athletes. Adherence to all University, ACC, N.C.A.A. policies and procedures.

This position is not benefits eligble.

Competitive salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. Competitive intercollegiate experience desirable. Two-three years successful coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level. Expertise in technical aspect of sport. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with college student athletes, athletic staff, University personnel and Alumni. This position will be expected to perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with all NCAA, ACC and Institutional rules.

Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite
