Job Title: ?Customer Support Assistant/Service Administrator

Location: ?Cheyenne, WY (On-Site)

Pay Rate:? $20.00/hr

Our client in Cheyenne, WY, is seeking a dedicated? Customer Support Assistant/Service Administrator ?to join their team. This role is integral to the administrative team, providing support across all departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong administrative background, and effective communication abilities, ensuring a seamless fit within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors and telephone calls to the appropriate parties within the dealership.

  • Open and track service department work orders through to closure and invoicing.

  • Maintain the service library with up-to-date information.

  • Assist customers with billing questions and invoice inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative support.

  • Basic understanding of accounting practices.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

  • Proficiency in standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office.

  • High School Diploma required.

  • Must pass ?pre-employment screening
