Job Title: ?Customer Support Assistant/Service Administrator
Location: ?Cheyenne, WY (On-Site)
Pay Rate:? $20.00/hr
Our client in Cheyenne, WY, is seeking a dedicated? Customer Support Assistant/Service Administrator ?to join their team. This role is integral to the administrative team, providing support across all departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong administrative background, and effective communication abilities, ensuring a seamless fit within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors and telephone calls to the appropriate parties within the dealership.
Open and track service department work orders through to closure and invoicing.
Maintain the service library with up-to-date information.
Assist customers with billing questions and invoice inquiries.
Qualifications:
Experience in administrative support.
Basic understanding of accounting practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
Proficiency in standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office.
High School Diploma required.
Must pass ?pre-employment screening
