Required Skills:

Account/Partner Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships and help clients drive business results on Facebook through consultation, education, sales, and support.

  2. Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.

  3. Become an expert in Facebook’s solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs.

  4. Provide dedicated account management to strategic advertising clients and agencies.

  5. Develop and implement programs to improve the client/agency experience.

  6. Consult and coach clients & agencies to achieve greater results on Facebook.

  7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  8. Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience.

  9. Work cross-functionally within sales and other Facebook organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.

  10. Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently.

  11. Build proficiency and working knowledge of Facebook measurement solutions.

  12. Understand the value of our Facebook Identity.

  13. Interact with pod, team, and clients in operational and executional manner to get tasks done.

  14. Have a fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and clients business model.

  15. Build and continue to refine point of view on FB products through regular self-education and discovery.

  16. Share knowledge with other team members.

  17. Prioritize book of business based on understanding of client needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:

  2. Serving in a sales, marketing, or client-facing role

  3. Working and collaborating within a team

  4. Demonstrating a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals

  5. Providing dedicated account management to strategic advertising clients and agencies

  6. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner

  7. Identifying opportunities to improve ad products and customer experience

  8. Working cross-functionally within sales and other organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction and

  9. Working on initiatives with limited and defined scope and executing independently

Public Compensation:

$124,831/year to $145,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits
