Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for the implementation and execution of the policies and program administration for Employee Travel within the Total Rewards team. Responsible for relationship management, communications, governance and compliance of Employee Travel programs and evaluation of its efficacy through business insights and analysis. This role oversees the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Employee Travel and ensures the business requirements are adhered to during system launches. Responsible for enacting change management plans and communication with program upgrades. Identifies and documents trends from system issues to leadership. Prepares and analyzes employee travel data.

  • Support Accounting system, EmployeeRES, and travel and dependent management systems. Perform User Acceptance Testing for employee travel systems (sometimes outside regular working hours); respond to escalated inquires; troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis; monitor employee travel system access.

  • Prepare data for total rewards programs and consolidate data for approvals. Continuously identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline processes. Conduct market surveys and benchmark data against industry standards, providing insights to team. Run weekly and monthly segment reporting.

  • Manage business requirements and user stories for employee travel system; document system enhancements and report bugs in Jira tracking system.

  • Apply knowledge of policies to recommend and implement solutions. Perform regular audits of data and employee travel systems; perform quality checks on data with appropriate vendor(s).

  • Monitor team shared inbox by investigating and responding to complex employee inquires; work across team on open issues and overall team deliverables and projects.

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role

  • Ability to create story telling graphs and presentations using MS Office

  • Data analysis and trend reporting skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of project planning and management

  • Ability to work flexibly and under pressure

  • Ability to handling shifting priorities and a large volume of problem resolution work

  • Ability to think proactively and stay accountable for assignments

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Knowledge of User Data Header (UDH), Foundry, ServiceNow

  • Understanding of writing and/or using SQL queries
