Insight Global Application Support Engineer (IDM) in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description

The Application Support Engineer will provide technical guidance concerning business implications for 20+ applications and create solutions to meet project requirements. Analyze proposed application identity management designs and provide feedback on potential gaps. This person will partner with technology and InfoSec teams to migrate IAM capabilities of US Region applications to Enterprise All Access solution.

Also, the role will be assisting with the onboarding of functional ids to CyberArk. Moreover, this role will coordinate and/or perform installations, configurations and system testing producing deliverables related to the above projects, and other technology related projects as needed. Other technology activities include but not limited to: Research, assessment, and migration of applications from IDM to AllAccess . The scope of this work includes the design of data feeds used for AVIP (file) patterns; leading and managing internal and external teams in configuring applications and connection points for the AD patterns; working with development teams to design integration points, such as REST and SOAP calls, for the API patterns.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Application Support role

      * 1+ years of financial or banking industry experience with understanding of supporting related applications (ex. loan, banking, payment, commercial real estate, FIS applications, etc.)

      * Experience with IDM/IAM, preferably Sailpoint (they are migrating from NetIQ to SailpointIQ All Access)

      * Experience supporting Identity Access Management tools and practices

      * Experience supporting applications through migration or implementation projects

      * Experience configuring applications and connection points, and integration points such as REST and SOAP calls for the API patterns - Experience with on-prem to public cloud migrations (Azure preferred)

     - Experience with CyberArk null
