Sargent & Lundy Assistant Marketing Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois
Description
As the Assistant Marking Coordinator for Sargent & Lundy's Electric Grid Infrastructure Services business group, you will work alongside the Marketing Coordinator serving in a variety of fuctions. Responsibilities for this role include:
Coordinate and assist in preparing presentations, and update informative publications such as resumes, company brochures, presentations, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
Help coordinate and collaborate with marketing team to respond to RFQs and RFPs in a professional, timely manner.
Help plan and organize industry related company events/conference.
Maintain project history information, review and update project profile and resumes, craft and edit project descriptions as needed for submissions.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of spending three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days.
Dependent upon your location, this opportunity offers a generous relocation package.
Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 2 years of marketing experience. Preferred experience working in engineering firms.
Experience using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Proficiency in writing and editing (Preferred AP style), communication, and correspondence.
Time management, attention to detail, creativity, and strong organizational skills are critical for a candidate’s success in this role.
Work effectively and efficiently when it comes to meeting project deadlines under tight time constraints.
Ability to multi-task, collaborate, self-motivate, and organize.
