The Associate Art Director is at the forefront of crafting visually stunning and impactful digital campaigns that drive results. Reporting to the Manager, Creative, you'll collaborate closely with Art Directors and a talented team of creatives to bring innovative concepts to life for top-tier brands. Your work will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and improving conversion rates for our clients. Learn from and work alongside seasoned professionals in the creative field as you push the boundaries of digital design.

What You’ll Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to Creative Development : Collaborate on concepting and executing innovative digital designs for various formats, including video, email, and mobile.

  • Demonstrate Design Mastery: Showcase your ability to apply on-brand design solutions across different platforms while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

  • Own Client Relationships: Take ownership of assigned clients and projects, ensuring that your work consistently exceeds their expectations.

  • Manage Project Execution: Efficiently manage project timelines, deliver work on time, and effectively communicate with your manager and team to balance workload.

  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of digital design trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies to create cutting-edge visuals.

  • Develop Creative Confidence: Articulate your design decisions with clarity and confidence, presenting your work effectively to clients and colleagues.

  • Cultivate Growth: Continuously seek opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to the creative team's success.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (BFA in Visual Communications, Advertising, or Design, preferred).

  • 1-3 years of experience in an agency or in-house environment.

  • Experience in digital media is a plus.

  • Proficient in various digital formats (e.g., web, mobile, social media, email) with a strong ability to conceptualize and execute effective designs that leverage these platforms.

  • Showcase a portfolio demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong conceptual thinking, and integrated design experiences.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with team members and clients. Open to feedback and eager to learn from others.

  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies.

  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, understanding and effectively managing emotions in yourself and others.

  • Confident and articulate communicator, able to effectively present creative concepts and rationale behind design decisions.

  • Skilled at identifying and solving challenges creatively and efficiently.

  • Proficient in industry-leading design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Has a working knowledge of HTML and experience using both Mac and PC platforms. Experience with After Effects is a plus.
