Our client is a leader in HVAC systems, noise control and air quality solutions, and is an employee-owned company dedicated to excellence. They are seeking a driven, team-oriented individual with a passion for their work to join their dynamic team.

Hours and Benefits for the Associate Project Manager:

• Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

• $70,000 - $75,000/year

Responsibilities of the Associate Project Manager:

• Facilitate the submittal process with the sales team, vendors, and clients for projects including gathering product data, drawings and proposals

• Visit job sites to gather measurements and assist with coordination

• Track project schedules, labor availability and materials and order necessary inventory

• Coordinate change orders between field workers, clients and salespeople

• Manage documentation for each project, ensuring organization and completion

Requirements for the Associate Project Manager:

• 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in a construction environment

• Must be a self-starter with a focus on teamwork

• Drafting experience is a plus!
