State Farm Insurance Agent Representative-Agent Team Member wanted for a State Farm Insurance Agency in a Chicago (north side) neighborhood office, for an in-office position.

DUTIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to insurance inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
• Review existing customers\' accounts to address gaps and cross sell additional products to customers based on their needs
• Quote insurance proposals for lines of insurance products and find a way to close the insurance sale.
• Network to develop new prospective insurance customers in a variety of ways to market/sell all insurance products
