We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an interim CFO in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves managing and developing client accounts, executing budget processes, creating financial reports, and analyzing cash flows. With a strong focus on Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis, this role requires a keen understanding of financial management within a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, ensuring all needs are met effectively and efficiently.

• Execute budget processes, maintaining a thorough understanding of financial strategies and objectives.

• Create detailed financial reports, providing insights and recommendations based on findings.

• Analyze cash flow, identifying trends and potential risks.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting.

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.

• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge in strategies and plans.

• Resolve any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Capability to perform Cash Flow Analysis

• Experience in Financial Reporting is necessary

• Understanding of Budget Processes is essential

• Demonstrable experience in an Account Manager role

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships

• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets

• A degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field is desirable
