  • Support senior Legal colleagues and department leadership with research and other projects related to CBRE’s Advisory business.

  • Partner with sales professionals, managers and leadership with respect to negotiation strategy, potential business disruptions, handling conflicts of interest and dispute resolution.

  • Collaborate with senior Legal colleagues and other internal functional areas (e.g., Finance, People, Tax, Digital & Technology, Ethics & Compliance) to identify, assess and thoughtfully mitigate risk exposure.

  • Investigate and respond to regulatory complaints and potential claims by or against CBRE.

  • Make decisions with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to meet deadlines and achieve results.
