We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, mobile digital solutions, and a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. This role will involve designing and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive innovation within digital ecosystem. The candidate must be technically proficient and hands-on with the relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Leadership : Lead the architectural design and implementation of digital solutions for the account, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

2. Digital Strategy : Develop and execute digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency in the QSR industry.

3. Mobile Solutions : Design and implement mobile applications and solutions that improve the customer experience and streamline operations.

4. AI Integration : Leverage AI technologies to drive innovation, improve decision-making processes, and enhance digital solutions.

5. Technical Expertise : Be hands-on and proficient in the relevant technologies, providing technical leadership and guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends related to digital architecture, QSR, and AI.

6. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, mobile developers, and data scientists, to deliver cohesive and impactful digital solutions.

7. Project Management : Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful implementation and delivery of digital projects.

8. Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with key stakeholders, including executives and IT teams, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital architecture, with a focus on the QSR industry.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing mobile digital solutions.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with AI technologies and their applications.

• Hands-on proficiency in mobile application development frameworks and technologies.

• Expertise in AI tools and platforms, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, APIs, and integration methodologies.

• Experience with development tools and programming languages relevant to digital and mobile solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Relevant certifications in digital architecture, mobile development, or AI are a plus.
