Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a high-volume ticketing system, including troubleshooting and resolving remedial issues.

• Communicate effectively with field marketing teams on various updates, requests, and collaborations.

• Research and develop web content for landing pages.

  Requirements

• Proven experience with project coordination or digital marketing (1-2 years)

• Familiarity with high-volume ticketing systems is a must-have.

• Strong skills in web content writing and research

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

• Previous experience in SEO writing is strongly desired.
