Job Description:

• Lead all aspects of the SEC reporting process for the BDCs, including Inline XBRL

• Effectively summarize and communicate financial results and trends to internal leadership and the BDC boards

• Oversee production and disclosure of supplementary metrics and reporting packages for the Firm’s retail funds

• Manage relationship with 3rd party fund administrators to ensure the successful and timely completion of the monthly close process

• Review of accounting support packages to assist with the close process

• Perform director level review and sign off on the monthly/quarterly trial balances for the BDC and other retail funds

• Develop talent and continue to drive efficiencies through process improvements

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accuracy of Wall Street Office system data utilized in accounting support packages, focusing on significant or unusual transactions

• Lead accounting disclosure and research projects

• Coordinate the quarterly reviews and annual audit for the BDCs

• Assist with offerings and tender offers for the BDCs

• Work closely with internal and external counsel and fund compliance on various disclosure and compliance initiatives

• Ad-hoc internal and external reporting.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience, CPA preferred

• Preferred candidate background would include:

o Experience in public accounting (audit)

o SEC reporting exposure with public investment vehicles

o Experience with fixed income products

o Strong ability / knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions

• Previous exposure to Wall Street Office and the bank loan asset class a plus

• A detail oriented self-starter who enjoys a dynamic, fast-pace work environment at a growing company
