Reporting to the Director, EHS Operational Excellence, you'll work with all enterprise EHS team members, Conagra's operations support departments, manufacturing sites and Supply Chain Leadership. You’ll focus on maintaining core Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) systems by working with outside partners to ensure system enhancements, improvements and updates are developed, implemented, and applied in a manner to ensure ongoing systems functionality. Analyze data entered in these systems for quality and consistency and offer recommendations for improvement in metrics and loss prevention. Create and distribute reports on a routine basis tracking the status of several Environment, Health & Safety metrics, and projects versus goal.

You Will:

• Support the EHS Operational Excellence Director and Team, and Platform EHS Directors through systems implementation and use, and training to build capability

• Maintain enterprise Environmental, Health & Safety data management systems

• Analyze EHS and Sustainability data to offer insights and suggestions for system and process improvements and attainment of EHS performance targets

• Develop and publish metrics scorecards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual)

• Maintain the EHS site on SharePoint and Microsoft Teams and other data management systems

• Ensure we are on the appropriate version of each software application and researching new technology that would benefit Conagra EHS

• Integrate tools and technology solutions to gather and analyze EHS risks and data to foster development of a world class EHS culture and results

• Manage projects and project team resources, coordinating implementation and capability building within the EHS team and across the network

• Promote a world class EHS culture by applying systems, processes and tools to identify EHS risk, mitigate risk and prevent losses within the daily work of Conagra manufacturing operations

• Develop training materials and deliver training at enterprise and site level to build capability towards EHS systems, processes, and tools

• Work with systems vendors to ensure system availability, ease of use and efficiency.

• Support the Conagra EHS Audit and Assessment process to ensure system use and effectiveness, EHS compliance, management system effectiveness and employee engagement in loss prevention

You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or an Environmental Science

• 2+ years of practical industrial or manufacturing EHS experience

• Experience conducting training

• Be the EHS system super-user and willing to learn new technology

• Project development and management

• Understanding of OSHA and EPA (state and federal) regulations

• Interpret State and Federal regulations and applicability to facilities to ensure compliance

• Experience performing risk assessments, audits and root cause analysis

• Experience defining problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• We ask that you travel up to 25%

• In Office 3 days per week, Tuesday - Thursday
