THE ROLE:

We're in search of a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager at Park Hyatt Chicago to spearhead our NoMI Lounge & Garden experience while offering support across our diverse culinary offerings. This pivotal role centers on overseeing the operations of the Lounge and Garden, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. While focusing on these areas, responsibilities extend to NoMI Kitchen, Private Events, In-Room Dining, and Banquet operations as needed. With a strong emphasis on colleague leadership, training, and menu innovation, we seek a seasoned hospitality professional with at least three years of management experience, particularly within hotel operations. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to support all shifts within our dynamic F&B operation.

RESPONSIBILITES ( Include but not limited to );

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of NoMI Lounge & Garden, including restaurant, bar, and outdoor garden areas

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards

  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and innovative dining experiences

  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while adhering to budgetary guidelines

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold Park Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for this position is $69,900 - $104,700. Actual pay will commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively managing teams.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Passion for hospitality and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and current food and beverage regulations.

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
