Job Description :

Capgemini is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Generative AI Solution Sales professional. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales of our advanced generative AI solutions to prospective clients across various industries. You will leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills, to understand client needs and position our solutions effectively to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support key industry priority accounts and develop demo/s and compelling value proposition with I&D and adjacent areas e.g. Quero360

  • Develop and maintain sales momentum by leading workshops / sales focus.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to understand client requirements and articulate the value proposition of our generative AI offerings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers and solution architects, to develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the field of artificial intelligence to effectively position our solutions in the market.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Experience selling AI or machine learning solutions is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies, particularly in the area of generative AI.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. AWS or Azure other consulting firms exp, solutions sales role, ideation
