Job Description

Capgemini is seeking experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with Claim center experience.

Required Skills:

• Claims Data Migration knowledge and in-depth understanding of how Guidewire migrations work- Working knowledge of Guidewire data models

• Ability to build mapping documents between ETL and GW schema

• Organize and run requirement sessions with client business resources

• Analyzing the business requirements design develop and implement highly efficient highly scalable ETL processes

• Thorough understanding of DWH/Data migration concepts and Data Models

• Works with source system team and data analyst to define data mappings

• Good knowledge in writing complex queries.

• Experience in Oracle SQL is value added

• Effective time management skills to manage multiple priorities with flexibility on time zones and timelines
