Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst with Policy center experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills Able to facilitate requirements definition sessions and translate business needs into system requirements.

• Ensures alignment of stakeholder expectations and solution scope.

• Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to implementation. Preference for candidates with experience in business analysis or similar roles.

• Strong communication interpersonal skills and team focus required.

• Experience in commercial insurance product implementation as a Business Analyst preferably in General Liability and Guidewire Policy Center implementation. Ability to capture Product Model Transactions Rating and Forms requirements.
