This HRBP will be an advisor and thought partner with leaders and team members at the company\'s facilities in the western suburbs. This client runs on a hybrid work schedule working onsite 3 days a week and are seeking a candidate bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic HR counsel to 140-160 union and non-union employees on people development, performance management, engagement, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and talent retention.
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement management practices aligned with company values for organizational effectiveness and team member development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with food service and support center leadership.
• Enhance candidate and team member experiences reflecting company Purpose and Values.
• Support company locations and support center with staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance.
• Develop talent plans with People Team and support center leadership.
• Address team member and manager requests regarding policy, conflict, employment law, and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience within manufacturing, food production, warehouse, distribution experience required
• 8+ years of experience of within HR
• Labor relations experience strongly preferred
