Position Overview

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of recruiting reports and related analysis

  • Assist in planning and executing recruiting events, and attend as necessary to support team

  • Prepare, gain leadership approval and send communications ( Internal and External)

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders

  • Create, develop and submit system surveys to capture and analyze feedback

  • Leverage social media and other avenues to create connection points with prospective applicants and schools

  • Assist with swag inventory management and shipments

What’s needed to succeed:

  • Current undergraduate student

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

  • Preferred – in process of Aviation management degree, Aviate participant, pursuing career as pilot

Additional Information:

  • Position will be hybrid based in Chicago, IL

  • Intern duration is 12 weeks over Summer 2025

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now and in the future

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
