Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Manufacturing Technicians for projects located in the Hermantown, MN area . This is a third shift opportunity and the pay rate is $23/hour based on experience plus $100/day worked per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job-site.If you are a Manufacturing Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Inspect & install aircraft components, sub-assemblies, and composite parts

• Follow engineer drawings & specifications to install, connect, or bond aircraft parts

• Use adhesives, rivets, or threaded fasteners

• Ensure fit clearance alignment & functional performance complies with design requirements

• Prepare & use fixtures to aid in locating, bonding, or drilling aircraft parts

• Route wire harnesses

• Lift varying weight

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined background is preferred

• Must wear a respirator, and other PPE

• Stand for up to 10 hours per day
