Our Wealth Management business provides investment and fiduciary services to individuals, families, corporations, and non-profit organizations. With roughly $10B in assets under management, we have earned a reputation for effectively managing our clients’ needs and goals.

As a new accounts specialist on our middle office team, you will work to provide seamless account opening experiences, attentive account maintenance and superior client support for our front office teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Client Relationship Specialists and other members of Front Office with new account applications and account maintenance items

  • Review, approve and process new account paperwork, including verification that pertinent information is correct and complete prior to coding various systems

  • Adhere to and ensure all workflow activities follow established risk controls, and are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations

  • Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient client service and communication

  • Collaborate with other members of the middle office team to resolve internal and client-facing issues

  • Assist with the implementation and testing of new systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years' of relevant work experience

  • Experience or avid interest in the financial services industry

  • Extremely proficient with use of technology, and demonstrated ability to learn new processes and technology platforms

  • Willingness to collaborate with teammates and consult appropriate parties when additional guidance is needed

  • Ability to multi-task and retain composure under pressure or with conflicting priorities

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Takes direction well and demonstrates proactive follow through on assigned tasks
