Robert Half is currently working with a client hiring an Enrollment Specialist. The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for the retrieval validation and processing of all worksite and group benefit enrollment files and manual production submissions, including file balancing and audits. Additionally, this role will require STRONG EXCEL SKILLS. You must be highly skilled in VLOOKUPS, PivotTables, formulas, and more. This is the position for you if you have experience managing a wide range of tasks!

Key responsibilities:

• The ability to work with large data sets and run simple formula VLOOKUP and logic functions is a plus.

• Perform quality assurance and testing to ensure accurate setup and ability to process new business.

• Retrieve data files from various enrollment platforms and secure server transmissions to validate the format and completeness of the information received based upon product requirements and prepare to load into the administrative system.

• Escalate errors and risks as appropriate to bring them to resolution and manage intervention.

• Provide superior customer support to internal and external customer training, onboarding, and recruiting new employees.

  Requirements - High attention to detail as well as problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• 2+ years of office management experience

• Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures preferred

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• Intermediate knowledge of payroll software applications and QuickBooks

• High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/AS preferred)
