Description and Requirements

We are seeking a skilled 3rd Party Services & Business Development Manager to foster partnerships and create new consumer service offerings. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new services in collaboration with partners, analyzing market trends, and crafting strategies for services on Motorola devices. It involves strategic planning, negotiation, and collaboration to expand Motorola’s service offerings and enhance market presence by providing value to consumers. As the lead for all third-party services, this position requires close cooperation with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service development and launch. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities

As the lead for all 3rd party services, BD manager will have end to end responsibilities which includes Business development, planning, execution and operations of the services. Key responsibilities will include

Basic Qualification:

  • 8+ years related business development experience require

  • Bachelor Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Identify and evaluate potential third-party service providers and partners.

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand service offerings and market reach.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

  • Create and present business proposals to potential partners and stakeholders.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers.

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms adhering to the Lenovo policies

  • Monitor and manage the performance of third-party service providers.

  • Building a comprehensive strategy and business case for services

  • Collaborate with senior management to define and align business goals.

  • Develop long-term strategies for expanding the monetization from services.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market and competitive analysis

  • Work closely with internal teams, including development, design, marketing, legal and other relevant entities, to ensure seamless integration of third-party services.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between the company and its partners.

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on partnership performance and business development activities to senior management.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $100k - 160K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on [1]www.lenovobenefits.com.
